- Facilitate workshops and change initiatives that create engagement, participation, and progress.
We offer
- An opportunity to be part of a long-term and mission-critical change journey.

You have:
- Experience in change management and business development.
- The ability to create structure in complex and unclear contexts.
- A communicative strength that builds understanding, trust, and engagement.
- An analytical and pedagogical approach to work.
- A relationship-building ability and a natural drive to get things done.
- Certification or training in improvement methodology (meriting).
